How to Enter

Send us a picture of your dog along with your first name and your dog's name (with the breed and an optional comment.)  We'll take the best submissions and include them in a section where site visitors can view them.

Contest Rules

• The top vote on the DOGOPOLY website for the contest will become the �Top Dog.�
• The winner's picture will be shown on our website along with the owner's name.
• Pictures may be sent by e-mail or postal mail (2927 Comstock St, SD, CA, 92111)
• Pictures will not be returned.
• E-mailed pictures must include valid e-mail addresses.
• Pictures will be eligible for the contest following the day we review the picture for eligibility.
• Winners will be announced on the website one week before the next drawing.
• In case of ties or disputed votes, we will have final say on the winner, and may choose more than one.

Voting Rules

• One vote per person per month.
• A valid e-mail address is required to vote.
• E-mail addresses may be verified before the vote qualifies.

Restrictions

• Only one (1) dog picture can be submitted per month per household.
• Electronic pictures should not exceed the equivalent of a 3� x 5 inch photograph and should not exceed about 200K.
• Submissions must be authorized by the dog's owner.
• By submitting the photo, you agree that you have permission from the owner to submit this dog to DOGOPOLY for use on the site.
• Submissions become the property of DOGOPOLY and gives us the right to use the picture as we deem appropriate without further compensation.
• DOGOPOLY reserves the right to crop, resize or digitally modify the picture as it sees fit before inclusion on the website.
• DOGOPOLY reserves the right to reject any pictures it deems not suitable for the website.
• DOGOPOLY will not be liable for any damages caused by displaying the picture on the website, and is not responsible for any misrepresentations caused by unauthorized submissions.
• Contest rules may change without notice.
