"Win DOGOPOLY" Contest

To help promote the 25th Anniversary edition of  DOGOPOLY, the Fox-6 television event on Friday July 11, a booth at a fair on July 12-13 at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, and a variety of upcoming events, we are holding a contest to spread the word about the DOGOPOLY--The Game of High Steaks and Bones!

You get 200 points just for subscribing to the DOGOPOLY Newsletter.  Then you get 50 points as a "bone-us" (bonus) for each friend that subscribes.  Then when THEIR friends subscribe, you get a bone-us of 10 points MORE!

So, you start with 200 points.  If you get 10 friends to subscribe, as a bone-us you get 500 points more.  And if even half of them get 10 more friends to subscribe, you get another bone-us of 500 points!  Wow!  1200 points just for telling a few friends to hear about the great things happening with DOGOPOLY!

Here's how the contest works:

All current subscribers to the DOGOPOLY Newsletter get 200 points, FREE, without having to do anything!  For each referral of someone who joins the DOGOPOLY Newsletter, the referrer gets an additional 50 points and the new member gets 200 points.  Then for each referral from that person, you get another 10 points.

At the end of the contest, the top point-getter gets a FREE DOGOPOLY board game, and the top 10 each get a discounted price off a game or other fun stuff.

So tell your friends to join up today, and tell them to tell THEIR friends to join up.

It's FREE to join, so join today by subscribing to our and invite your friends to do the same.

Specifics:

As of July 6, all existing subscribers to the DOGOPOLY Newsletter receive 200 contest points.  Now through midnight September 1, 2003 (Pacific Time), any new subscribers will receive 200 contest points and will be notified of this contest.  These subscribers will be asked to indicate how they learned about the DOGOPOLY Newsletter.  If they give the name/e-mail address of an existing subscriber, that subscriber will get an additional 50 contest points, and if that subscriber was also a referral, the referrer will receive an additional 10 contest points.  All information is subject to verification. Referrals below two levels do not count toward point totals.  I.E. You may only get additional points if you refer someone or if someone you referred refers someone.

Subscribers must continue to be subscribed through the contest end in order to be eligible for points and prizes, and for their referrers to be eligible for those referral points.  Points will be tallied at regular intervals and summaries will be sent to subscribers in various newsletter releases.  However, these tallies do not necessarily reflect the final results since subscribers may unsubscribe and therefore result in a reduction of points to one or more subscriber.

At the end of the contest, contest points will be tallied for each subscriber, based on current subscriptions only.  The subscriber with the highest number of contest points will be declared the winner and is eligible to receive one free DOGOPOLY board game.   The next nine (9) highest contest points will be eligible to receive a DOGOPOLY board game at a discount of approximately 20%.  In the event of a tie, one top winner will be drawn at random, and up to 9 additional winners will be selected for the discounts. Winners will be announced in the September edition of the DOGOPOLY Newsletter, due for publication in the middle of September, 2003. Shipping and handling costs will be at the expense of the winner, but can be eliminated by arranging for pick-up with the staff of Spahits Games by e-mailing the address supplied in the winners notification letter.

Contest rules are subject to change without notice.  All decisions are final and are at the  discretion of Spahits Games.  Void where prohibited.  All winners will be solely responsible for any taxes.  All winners may be notified exclusively through e-mail at the address where they subscribed.  Prizes must be requested within three months of the close of the contest or they are forfeited.  Spahits Games reserves the right to publish the names of winners and to use such names in conjunction with future contests.
